Travel for any of our services is free unless a hotel and/or plane tickets is needed.Travel fees will be added as an additional cost towards the overall service that the client must cover.
Payments can be made by either cash, card, or check. Once we send you the payment link or amount we ask that you please pay for your service ASAP to get booked on our calendar! Payments must be made paid a week before the service, or else it will be canceled.
Refunds are only issued unless we have to cancel your service or you cancel your service yourself by the cancelation deadline. If we are not notified by the deadline you will not receive your refund!
Please note that we would rather work with you to reschedule your service, but If you need to cancel a service please notify us no later than three days before the date of your service. If we are not notified by three days before your service you will not receive a refund!
Cancelation on our end is the last resort option for us. If we have to cancel your service you will receive a refund no matter what!
If the weather isn't looking good for the day of your service no worries! We can either schedule your service for a different time during the original date or we can schedule a new date.

We'll work with you to create personalized questions that'll you'll answer for the blog post along with a custom photoshoot to display photos for the blog and for your personal use!

During the creation process we will work with you to create at least two sample logos but you'll have the final say on the logo you would like. After you choose your final logo you will get sent both the original version and the transparent version of your final logo via email.

A: Anywhere within the US! Just because we are PA based doesn't mean we are afraid to travel far ;)
A: No matter what your service is, you are not officially booked with us until you pay the full amount or down payment that is needed! Meaning that the date that you want on our calendar is not officially yours until everything that needs to be paid is paid in full. If your service does not require a calendar date, we will not start working on your service until we receive your full payment.
Our advice is that you pay your amount ASAP in order to secure your spot quicker :)
A: Payment plans can be made if you wish to not pay the full service amount at once. Payment plans are only issued upon client request. With payment plans, you will be officially booked on our calendar after the first payment is made. However, the full payment amount must be paid a week before your service start date or else it will be canceled.
A: Yes, almost all of our services require a contract to be signed by both parties. All contracts are digital through the Shootproof system.
A: Some of our photography services have a promised minimum photo amount but, you will receive ALL good and candid images from the shoot! We also try to edit photos ASAP because we know what it's like to be antsy about wanting to see your photos. For this reason we have been able to send out or upload fished photos within a few days of the shoot or event!
A: This is a yes and no answer for us. While we work with our customers to create their products, we do not actually produce and ship them. All of our products are produced and shipped by either Printify or Millier's Professional Imaging. With that said if there is a problem with the production or shipping with any of your physical products it does not fall on us!
