For most of our services that require travel, is free unless a hotel stay and/or plane tickets are required. If travel expenses are needed, they will be added as an additional cost that the client must cover.
Payments can be made by either cash, card, or check. Once we send you the payment link or amount we ask that you please pay for your service ASAP to get booked on our calendar. Unless other agreements are made, payments must be fully paid a week before the service, or else it will be canceled.
Refunds are only issued unless we have to cancel your service or you cancel your service yourself by the cancelation deadline. If we are not notified by the deadline you will not receive your refund.
Please note that we prefer to work with you to reschedule your service whenever possible. However, if you need to cancel, please notify us no later than three days before your scheduled service date. If we are not notified at least three days in advance, you will not receive a refund.
Cancelation on our end is the last-resort option for us. If we have to cancel your service, you will receive a full refund.
If the weather isn't looking good for the day of your service, no worries! We can either reschedule your service for a different time on the same day or choose a new date.

We’ll work with you to create personalized questions for you to answer in the blog post, along with a custom photoshoot to provide images for the blog and your own personal use.

A: Anywhere within the US! Just because we are PA based doesn't mean we are afraid to travel far ;)
A: Yes, all of our services require a contract to be signed by both parties. All contracts are digital through the Shootproof system.
A: Some of our photography services have a promised minimum photo amount but, you will receive ALL good and candid images from the shoot. We also try to edit photos ASAP because we know what it's like to be antsy about wanting to see your photos. For this reason we have been able to send out or upload fished photos within a few days of the shoot or event.
A: This is a yes and no answer for us. While we work with our customers to create their products, we do not actually produce and ship them. All of our products are produced and shipped by either Printify or Millier's Professional Imaging. With that said if there is a problem with the production or shipping with any of your physical products it does not fall on us.
